Friday 3rd October 11 till 4 Screen Print for Beginners
Learn to prepare and use a Screen to Stencil and make Screen Monoprints £35
Price includes inks and use of equipment, bring your own fabric/paper.

Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October
Wet Studio Days - Screenprint, Dye, Transfer Dye, Fabric Paint etc. By invitation only (that is, not generally advertised) and not a tuition class, but I will be making prints and dyeing fabric and you can use the workshop facilities with some advice. £10 per day plus materials..
Saturday 11th October
Make Books and Book Covers Day
10:30 am to 1 pm - Simple Books Without Glues
Folded and slotted-together books in interesting papers. No sewing.. £12-50
Then
2 till 5 - Cover A Book
Make a nice neat cover for a photo album, notebook, or diary. Books provided (please book well in advance so I can get what you need). Machine sewing. £17-50.

Region 9 Quilters' Guild Area Day at Fleggburgh Village Hall 10 am - 4 pm.
I will be giving a talk in the morning and a workshop (Point Purse) in the afternoon. £6-50 QG members, £10 non-members, tea and biscuits provided.

Make a charming and simple doll with fancy fabrics, lace, beads, and buttons. Easy hand or machine sewing, most materials provided. Dolls NOT for children...£17-50

Free-form Piecing
Free up your cutting and piecing, leave your ruler at home, and make a small landscape that is all your own. You should be comfortable with your rotary cutter. Basic machine sewing skills only. £25

Free-motion Quilting
Learn to Draw with your sewing machine. Basic machines will do this, (not hand-cranks or toy machines, please!). Beginners and advanced students welcome.. £17-50
Friday 21st November 11 till 5 Spiral Quilt
Simple foundation piecing and my own Magic Machine Applique method make an impressive and fun quilt top for a wallhanging, cushion or bag. Simple machine sewing. £25
Sunday 30th November 11 till 5
Trees
Make a simple but effective tree panel using shades of one colour. Applique and piecing made easy.. Machine sewing £25
Friday 5th December 11 till 4
Sheer Delight.
Make a small panel with transparent, translucent and filmy fabrics including voiles, organdy, Lutradur and scrim. Use transfer printing, spray-painting, and hot-cutting to make a small piece to hang in the light.. £28. Materials provided
Saturday 13th December 1 till 4:30
Beads, Baubles, and Bling
Make beads, then assemble them for necklaces and bangles, earrings and brooches. Suitable for all ages. (Children with an adult, please) £17-50 Materials provided... Make nice things for Christmas...

Teapot Quilters
..meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 1 till 4:30 pm. Beginners and intermediate quilters welcome. This is a continuing class and I prefer it if you attend regularly.This class is full at present, but I keep a waiting list. You may visit to see if it is what you would like...

Perfect Attention Days
For any number of people up to 12. Rent the workshop and my facilities for a day or longer, at times to suit you.
Bring your Project, Unfinished Objects, or any sewing task, and lunch. I provide tables, tea, cake, and my Undivided Attention to help you with your project.
£80 all day for up to 4 people, thereafter £10 per person. Times to suit, but normally 10 till 5...
If you wish to book a class, you can choose to come to my workshop at a time to suit you, with a minimum of 4 people. Larger groups, (up to 14, if booked as a group), may be eligible for a discount... Please ring or email for more details... I am always happy to come to your group, shop, or guild to teach, and to arrange tours of distant parts to save mileage charges...
